REPORTING

See the rent roll, collections and NOI, from the same verified records.

A current rent roll, an open-balances report, and an operating statement with NOI by building—built from the same lease, payment and bank records behind the rest of the workspace, not a separately maintained spreadsheet.

How TenantPoint handles it

Four parts of owner reporting, one connected record.

01

A rent roll that's always current

Every tenant's rent, CAM, annual value, and next rent step, generated from the same verified lease records—not updated by hand.

02

Open balances by tenant

See exactly who owes what, right now, without cross-referencing a separate collections spreadsheet.

03

An operating statement with NOI by building

Income by line, operating expenses by category, and net operating income for each building or all buildings combined, on a cash or billed basis. Capital improvements sit below NOI. Expenses come from your confirmed bank transactions.

04

Export what you need to share

Download the operating statement as a PDF or CSV, or email it to your CPA or lender, along with the rent roll, AR aging and open-balances reports.

The outcome

Answer “where does the property actually stand” without rebuilding the answer from three sources.

01 / 03

What this covers today

Reporting in TenantPoint today is a rent roll, an open-balances report, AR aging, and an operating statement with NOI by building—each built from the same verified lease, payment, and bank-activity records the rest of the workspace uses. There's no separate report-building step; the numbers are already current.

02 / 03

What this isn't, yet

This is property-level operating reporting, not accounting software or a full business-intelligence suite. The operating statement shows income, operating expenses and NOI, but there's no general ledger, balance sheet, accrual-basis books, portfolio benchmarking against market data, or custom report builder today—tax-ready financial statements still run through your accountant and QuickBooks.

What still needs a person

Interpreting a report for a lender conversation, filing taxes, or making a capital-allocation decision still needs you or the right professional. TenantPoint's job is making sure the underlying numbers are trustworthy and current when you need them.

Good to know

Questions owners ask about this.

Does TenantPoint generate a profit-and-loss statement?

It generates an operating statement for each building and for all buildings combined: income, operating expenses by category, net operating income (NOI), then capital improvements and cash flow after them, on a cash or billed basis. It isn't a general ledger or accountant-prepared financial statements; for tax-ready books, that still runs through your accountant.

Can I export a report?

Yes. The operating statement downloads as a PDF or CSV and can be emailed to your CPA or lender, and the rent roll, AR aging and open-balances reports can be printed or exported to share with a lender, partner, or for your own records.
